Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026
This is a plain-language draft written for clarity, not a lawyer's document. If anything here matters to you, write to ben@rosenberganalytics.com and ask.

The short version

We keep what the product needs to work: who you are, what you uploaded, and the reports built from it. There is no advertising, no analytics tracker, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What we store

What we do not store

Card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Your card details never reach this site, so there is nothing here for anyone to steal.

Cookies

One cookie, and it exists to keep you signed in. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third party tracking on the site.

Signing in with Google

If you use the Google button, Google tells us your email address and your name, and nothing else. We do not get access to your Google account, your files or your contacts.

Email

Email is used for account matters: a password reset when you ask for one, and the occasional note about a change that affects you. If a marketing list is ever added, it will be one you have to opt into.

Who else is involved

Each of these sees only what it needs to do its job.

Sharing a report

A share link makes one report readable by anyone who has the link. That is the point of it. Nothing else about your account becomes visible, and you can ask for a link to be retired.

Getting your data out, or deleted

Write to ben@rosenberganalytics.com and ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted. Deletion removes your login, your uploads and your reports. Payment records that have to be kept for accounting stay with Stripe.

Where the data lives

On servers in the United States, run by Render.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, you will hear about it by email before it takes effect.
