What this service is

Rosenberg Analytics turns sailing tracker files into performance reports. You upload the files from your day on the water, the site processes them, and you get a report you can read in a browser, share with your team through a read only link, and download as a PDF.

Racing reports for a fleet are a separate coached service, arranged directly with Ben. They are not part of a subscription.

Accounts

You need an account to build a report. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

One account is for one person or one team. If you want several coaches on the same reports, share the read only links rather than the password.

Trial and payment

• Every new account gets a 5 day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
• After the trial the price is $25 per month for unlimited uploads.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from the Account page, through the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the month you are in, and your reports stay available.
• If a payment fails, there is a short grace period before uploads stop. Reports you have already built are never deleted for non payment.

Your data stays yours

The files you upload and the reports built from them belong to you. We do not sell them, and we do not show them to other customers. We may look at a file if you ask for help with it, or if something in the processing breaks and we need to see why.

A report is private to your account until you create a share link. Anyone holding that link can read that report, so send it to people you mean to send it to.

Reasonable use

Do not upload files you have no right to upload, do not try to break the site or reach other people's data, and do not resell the reports as your own product. An account doing any of that can be suspended or removed.

About the analysis

The numbers come from your tracker data and from methods that are still being improved. Wind direction without an instrument is an estimate. Marks, starts and maneuvers are detected automatically and can be wrong. Read the report as a good tool for a debrief, not as a certified measurement. We give no warranty that any number is exact, and we are not liable for decisions made from it.

Availability

This is a small independent product. It should be up all the time, and there is no uptime guarantee. If a change breaks something, tell us and it gets fixed.

Changes

These terms can change as the product grows. If a change matters, for example the price, you will hear about it by email before it takes effect.
